What Does Original Medicare Cover?

Original Medicare, often known as Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B, is a fee-for-service plan that is managed by the federal government and provides Medicare to eligible individuals with coverage for and access to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who take Medicare. People who use Original Medicare pay a fee for each service but Medicare pays a certain amount up to certain limits.

Wellcare Medicare Plans

WellCare Health Plans, Inc is a huge health insurance company with more than 6.3 million members. The
beginning of the company started in 1985, with a base in Tampa, Florida. In 1997, they began to offer health
insurance plans to Medicare members. Back then, those were called Medicare+Choice or Part C plans. Those

Medicare Supplements vs Medicare Advantage

Even though Medicare.gov offers many pages of explanations, it can be hard to understand the details. However, the basics of the program are easy to understand once you dive into the details. Medicare offers Parts A (hospital care), B (doctors, medical procedures, equipment), and D (prescription drugs) provide basic coverage for Americans 65 and older. But there is Part C (Medicare Advantage Health Plan), which covers which covers relevant parts such as such as deductibles, co-pays, and other medical expenses that could wipe out your savings should you become seriously ill. Medicare Advantage Health Plan is one of two parts that protects you against the potentially high costs of an accident of illness. The second option is Medicare Supplement Insurance which is also known as Medigap coverage.
